THE Just Gold #ChangEMakers Program

What is the #ChangeMakers Program

Everyone should have access to opportunity to fully participate in our society and our economy regardless of age, gender, ability, neurodivergence, background, sexuality, or location. 


In a world full of wicked problems, however, we often come across people and teams working so hard to solve complex social issues that they absorbed in their day-to-day activities.


Most of the times they face challenges in communicating their needs; they also lack resources to access effectively programs, funds and other opportunities. 


In some instances, they end up trying to ‘fit’ into a program or give up.


That is the foundation of our #changemakers program. 


With the #changemakers program we connect with respect and we offer bespoke pro bono services that empower people & teams to better serve their social purpose and foster creativity. 


Our 2019/20 #changemakers program includes our impact strategy, annual activities, pro bono research initiatives & grants has the potential to fund over $150,000 worth of projects.


#changemakers 2019/20 includes the following 4 Programs


  • The Just Gold Pride Program (LGBTQ+)
  • The Invisible Woman (Women’s empowerment)
  • The Just Gold Neurodiversity Program (Neurodiversity)
  • The Just Gold Multicultural Program (Arts, community & multiculturalism)


The program is based on the UN SDG goals and it works towards equality and equal access to opportunity for organisations and businesses. We have designed it using our work methodology, with S.M.A.R.T. goals. Our actions and programs are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and with specific Timelines.


With the  #changemakers program we share our knowledge, skills and expertise in a transparent, comprehensive and measurable way that results in collaboration & innovation to deliver systemic change.


The Just Gold Pride Program 2019/20

The 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots marks five decades of progress, but for all the achievements, there are still many more battles to be fought before we become a truly tolerant and inclusive society.  


At Just Gold we are not ones to shy away from fighting these battles. 


Our $40,000 worth #JustGoldPrideProgram an integral part of our #changemakers program is a multi-platform, multi-approach initiative to engage in dialogue, to start conversations, to promote diversity and inclusion, to take action.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. 


They were launched by the United Nations in 2015 and although they are not compulsory, at Just Gold we integrate SDG actions into our strategies and operations.


We report to these goals as we join the global efforts to ‘end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all’ alongside governments, civil society, and U.N. entities.
