Develop Australia’s first intersectionality-informed governance and leadership framework for sport—at scale, across all codes and contexts.
Solution
Using the Ethos Method and Praxis Framework, we facilitated extensive co-design with over 200 lived experience stakeholders. We produced the national framework, sector messaging, executive narrative, and roll-out assets to embed structural equity in national sport.

Induct hundreds of workers safely and consistently on Victoria’s largest infrastructure project—while meeting compliance, accessibility, and engagement standards.
Solution
We produced a SCORM-compliant eLearning program combining live-action filming, motion graphics, and instructional design. Content was accessible, multilingual, and platform-compatible across devices.

Translate complex policy into a clear, accessible, and sector-trusted communications suite to support the launch of Victoria’s updated strategy.
Solution
We developed the visual identity, launch assets, and content suite—including executive summaries, case studies, and social copy. All assets aligned with Brand Victoria while remaining authentic to the sector’s language, tone, and values.

We designed and delivered Autistic Pride Day using the Praxis Framework—a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and community-led methodology. Our team co-produced digital toolkits, event branding, stakeholder engagement, and symposium delivery with and for Autistic communities.
